I liked Guitar Hero a little more then the Lego because Guitar Hero was kind of addicting and took a lot of our concentration. Activites like Guitar hero should be part of our school because it helps you concentrate and develops handi coordination. You could do both activities alone but it was more fun doing it in pairs. You dont need a partner to hit the guitar strings yourself but having one there made it more enjoyable. I think trying to get guitar hero into schools is a great Idea and Id like to thank you for coming and letting us experiance guitar hero first hand. On Guitar hero I liked the coop setting more because then My friend and I both got to play and my highscore was 16525 And my name is Carrie.

I think that lego robots because I think that it was a lot easier to work with and learn how to work the progarm and how it works. I think that the gutiar hero was really hard for someone who had never played it before like me. it was really hard to get the hang of it. Yes, I think that these two activities requried lots of teamwork because with the lego you have to both wrk together on the way that it moves and where it should go. The guitar hero you have to work together by cooperating and playing the part that you had to play. I think that the lego robot shoujld be part of the school because it will use lots of thinking to do it.

Guitar Hero was awsome! I love rock and guitars so this was a great combo! This game taught me patients and teamwork, and it was great because it was a game and it was at school. Im getting a guitar next christmas so this was so imspiring! I knew some of the somgs, but my favorite out of the ones i looked at was "Scream at the Devil". Again teamwork mode was fun because you have to tilt at the same time and corodinate. Syncranized danceing is great so this brough back a little energy. this was a great experience and a change from the usual, anyone who haset tried this "workshop" has to book these guys! Tell your principle, your teacher, src member or even your mommy! Thanks techno guys for teaching us theres lots to learn if you look.

1. I enjoyed both for different reasons. I enjoyed the lego because my group cooperated together very well and we won! I like competition.
I enjoyed the guitar hero also because it was a lot of fun to see how I could learn so quickly. At first i was barely getting any of them done, but in the end i was able to get a couple good points which was really exciting.

2. Both required teamwork, but guitar hero you could also compete. With the lego, you learnt how to discover which times worked best. We both put in our word on which we thought would work better. Eventually it did.
With guitar hero, you could work as a team. If you both were doing bad, it would quit, if you were both doing good, it would keep going. we both had to work together to keep our score high.

3. Yes, i do think they should both be a part of school. On guitar hero, like i said, there were points where you could learn so fast. I thought it would take days to be able to finish one song, but it only took minutes. This was really cool.
The lego is also a good part of school. It was important to take part in this, especially because it was in leadership class. We learnt how to lead and how to learn from each other.

I like the guitar hero the best because it really fun to do and it helps you try your best at it. It required teamwork, especailly in the cooperative mode because you and your partner had to try the best to get a really good score! Yes I think guitar hero should be apart of school because we look forward to it and you try your best to concentrate and make the right key. I liked all modes of the game especially face-off. In a way Guitar Hero is educational because sometimes you and a partner use teamwork to get a good score and it also helps you to concentrate on whats going on. Its one of those games that you have to pay attention or else you will do bad. Thank you for coming to our school! Hope to see you again!

-I enjoyed guitar hero the most because its a really fun game to play and its easy to catch onto.It also has some really good songs that are challenging and fun to play.
-These activities required teamwork because you had to work as a team on the lego thing and on guitar hero when you were in cooperative mode you had to cooperate to get a high score.
-These activities should be part of school because they are educational and you learn to work as a team doing these activities.
-The thing that made guitar hero interesting is being able to play the music and also being able to play against your friends to see who could get the higher score.
-Guitar hero is educational because it teaches you how to work as a team and it also gives you better hand-eye coordination which will be usefull when you have to do somethign with your reflex's.
Thank you for taking time to come out and do these fun activities. Riley. R

-I enjoyed both guitar hero and lego, i can't choose what one i liked over the other. Both of them had good points to them, point that were fun and points that you could learn something from. Both were a ton of FUN!
-Yes these activities required teamwork because in guitar hero you and your rock partner needed to work together in order not to fail the song. In programming your lego it required teamwork from both partners so that the two of you could work together and cooperatate and both could get their idea's in.
-I do think these activites should be a part of shcool, (not a regular class). Once every month a fun activity like this come into school to teach students teamwork, and most of all have fun which is a huge deal for students to experience. Some students don't get the privilage to have thing like this at home, since school is a learning/fun atmosphere things like this should come, to teach kids new experiences. It may also develope new skills for students and get them interested in school .

As part of my leadership class the premise of working with guitar hero was to examine how students qualities and skills came through in something they have never done before. They had to step outside themselves and examine the qualitites that came out in themselves. My students had a fantastic time and also were able to examine their behavior. It was the perfect balance of fun and learning all in the same activity. Talking to the students afterwards, they could tell me how surprised they were about how they acted in competitive and new situations. To me that is a large measure of success. Through the robotics students learned how to work together as a team. They had to examine their working relationship with their partners and discuss how they acted and what they would have changed. Some students also worked individually. We were able to compare and contrast the different results when working together individually and working with partners. Overall, this was an extremely rewarding experience for my students and for me. The knowledge gained is vast and the fun had by all was fantastic. Learning truly can be exciting! Thanks!

Sounds like you guys are up to some pretty neat stuff. If you have any spaces i.e wikis or other where you have some more detail around your work, I'd love to have a peek.

Good stuff.
